We cannot clean anything we deem as hazardous. This includes blood, bodily fluids, feces, and mold. Our technicians are not trained in these areas nor are we equipped. We won’t start a job if there is a strong urine or feces smell upon arrival; a cancellation fee will be applied.
We do not clean higher than we can reach with a 3 foot step ladder and extendable duster. We cannot move furniture or appliances over 30 pounds to clean under.
We charge an automatic fee of $35 per clogged drain that we must snake to thoroughly clean sinks, showers, and tubs.
Our technicians reserve the right to leave a job site at any time if they do not feel safe and the cleaning will be charged in full.
