Discounted Cleans
We offer a variety of solutions for discounted cleans. Whether you want to be on a flex schedule, or be a training home, we have an option for you!

Training Homes:
We need homes for training in order to get our technicians properly trained. Training homes are the highest discount we offer, upwards of 50% off. Training homes are billed at a flat rate because hours needed vary so much between stages of the training program. If this is something you are interested in, please contact us to discuss prices.
We require the home to be empty of occupants and often need longer cleaning time frames so the trainer can review tasks in the home with the trainee. No refunds or re-cleans will be offered for training homes. Because the technician is still learning, they may miss areas or not be able to complete tasks to completion of a fully trained technician.
Schedule Fillers:
When a client cancels, it leaves a hole in our schedule! Our technicians rely on homes to clean in order to make an income. We maintain a list of “schedule filler” clients. We text you when we have an opening, often last minute but sometimes a week in advance. You choose if the timing fits for you. Schedule fillers receive a 13% discount and we charge each job hourly at $70 per hour. You can prioritize areas you want cleaned to fit within your budget! Let us know if you want to be on our schedule filler list! It happens more often than one would expect and as long as you are ok with an inconsistent schedule and an inconsistent cleaning technician, it’s a great way to get your home cleaned for a discounted price.
How do we prioritize areas to fit within your budget?
For instance, perhaps we have 2-6 hours available with one technician, depending on the size of your home, you can book the entire 6 hours for $420 and get a top to bottom cleaning. If you want to pay for only 2 hours, you can have the technician clean your bathrooms. You choose the price and areas for us to clean. Did you have a big spill in the oven recently? Book a single oven cleaning for $160. What is the hardest to properly clean? Maybe your glass shower doors? How about your floors? We can restore a glass shower door of hard water buildup in 1 hour or we can vacuum and wash your floors all by hand! No streaking from mops or pushing dirty, mop water around. You choose which areas you want to prioritize in the time allowed.
For an average sized home (2,000-3,000 square feet) that is relatively maintained; here is a general idea of how long areas take to clean:
Kitchen: 45 mins - 2 hours
Build up on stove tops, hood vents, and greasy cabinet fronts and larger kitchens increase the timing towards the 2 hour mark
Bathrooms: 30 mins - 2 hours
One bathroom vanity with no glass shower doors tends to take closer to 30-45 mins. Larger bathrooms with double vanities, glass shower doors, and stand alone tubs need closer to 2 hours to clean. Powder room or half bathrooms take 15 minutes or less for our technicians to clean.
Dusting: 30 mins - 1 hour per level
This depends on clutter and how detailed do you want us to get! Do you want us to dust priority, horizontal surfaces or do you want us to dust windowsills, baseboards, door trims, and pick everything up? Let us know and we’ll adjust accordingly to what’s important to you.
Floors: 30 mins - 2 hours
Did you see we wash all the floors on our hands and knees?! No mops! We don’t push dirty water around or cause streaking with mops. We reach underneath furniture where we can, we get to each and every corner, properly cleaning around and behind toilets and the best part, we never re-dip our cloths into the mop bucket! Leaving us with more laundry but you with the cleanest floors possible! More floors, means more time needed to properly clean. Are your bedrooms mostly carpeted? We can get through those homes fairly quickly.
Flex Schedule:
Similar to a schedule filler but with a more consistent schedule and cleaning agenda. Let’s say you want biweekly cleanings but you don’t care when or what day we come because you have the pre-clean up done on a daily basis and a garage code we can use to get inside. Flex homes also receive a 13% discount but will receive a flat, biweekly rate for the agreed upon agenda and time needed in the home. We come two weeks apart but we can move you to any day or time between M-F, 9 am - 4:30 pm. We offer flex scheduled homes on a weekly, biweekly, or every 4 week schedule. Anything further out then a 4 week cleaning rotation is considered a schedule filler home.

*At Happy House, we offer two options for blind dusting to accommodate your needs:
Swiffer Dusting: This is a quick and effective method for removing surface dust from blinds. While it provides a thorough cleaning, it may not reach all areas between the strings. In most cases, Swiffer dusting falls within the time allocated in your original cleaning quote.
Detailed Hand Dusting: If you prefer a more meticulous clean, we can dust each slat by hand, ensuring dust is removed from between the strings. This process requires additional time—approximately 15 minutes per set of blinds—and will be factored into the total cleaning time and cost.
Please note that blinds, especially those with older or delicate strings, can be fragile. While our technicians use the utmost care, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the cleaning process.
If you would like to add blind dusting to your service, please let us know in advance so we can adjust the schedule accordingly and proceed with your preferred method of dusting the blinds.
What We Don’t Do
- We cannot clean anything we deem as hazardous. This includes blood, bodily fluids, feces, and mold. Our technicians are not trained in these areas nor are we equipped. We won’t start a job if there is a strong urine or feces smell upon arrival; a cancellation fee will be applied.
- We do not clean higher than we can reach with a 3 foot step ladder and extendable duster. We cannot move furniture or appliances over 30 pounds to clean under.
- We charge an automatic fee of $35 per clogged drain that we must snake to thoroughly clean sinks, showers, and tubs.
- Our technicians reserve the right to leave a job site at any time if they do not feel safe and the cleaning will be charged in full.
