Happy House Cleaning – Middleton, WI
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, $24–$36 per hour based on experience + Quarterly KPI Bonus ($500–$1,000)

The Recruitment, Training & Quality Lead is a high-accountability culture builder. You will lead recruitment, enforce quality standards, and develop exceptional technicians and trainers. This is not a passive management job—it requires direct feedback, system documentation, and consistent reinforcement of our core values: Autonomy, Integrity, and Meaning (AIM 4 BETTER).
Primary Responsibilities
- People & Culture Leadership: Build daily trust with technicians and trainers while holding them accountable through actionable feedback and clear standards.
- Automated Recruitment: Manage hiring funnels, conduct interviews, and build a consistent pipeline of top-tier talent using efficient, automated systems.
- Trainer & Technician Development: Oversee onboarding, coach field trainers on standardized methods, and monitor employee progress through documented reviews (no in-field cleaning required).
- Quality Assurance & KPI Tracking: Analyze client scorecards, track performance metrics, and build SOPs/checklists to eliminate root-cause issues before quality drops.
