Happy House Cleaning – Middleton, WI (not offering remote or hybrid for this position at this time)
Compensation: Starting at $24.00 per hour + Quarterly KPI Bonus ($500–$1,000)

As the New Client & Marketing Specialist, you own the first impression of our company. You are responsible for driving revenue growth, converting leads into long-term clients, and strengthening our brand reputation across Dane County. You will educate prospective clients, execute targeted marketing initiatives, and hit ambitious growth targets.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion & Sales: Respond rapidly to inbound inquiries via phone, text, email, and web. Conduct consultative quotes and close recurring client accounts.
- Brand & Marketing Execution: Manage referral programs, track marketing channels, coordinate local outreach, and drive positive Google reviews.
- Client Onboarding & Retention: Deliver exceptional initial service to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
- KPI Management: Track response times, conversion rates, and campaign ROI to meet quarterly bonus targets.
