Competitive Pay

Your base pay is $20/hr through training and $21/hr once fully trained. All of our cleaning technicians currently earn between $27–$40 per hour after tips and weekly bonuses.

Role Requirements

• Hands & Knees Floor Cleaning — We don’t use mops. We gear up with knee pads and efficiently get floors washed the right way.
• Transportation — You MUST have your own reliable vehicle.
• Legal — You MUST have a valid driver’s license, active car insurance, and current vehicle registration.
• History — A clean personal record is required (background check).
• Mindset — You must be goal-oriented, punctual (Zero Tardy policy), and committed to a 100% quality score from clients.

• Execute high-level residential cleaning services following the Happy House “Standard of Excellence”
• Maintain professional communication with clients and the operations team
• Track and hit efficiency goals to maximize your hourly earning potential
• Contribute to a positive, low-drama, and high-energy team environment
