What happens if I need to skip or reschedule my cleaning appointment?

If you need to skip a scheduled cleaning due to a sick household or other obligations, we will do our best to find a spot within 7 days of your original appointment time. If you do not want to reschedule within that 7-day window, a flat $30 frequency adjustment will be charged for the skipped visit. This adjustment is applied toward additional time added to your next regularly scheduled cleaning to help our technicians catch up due to the extended gap between visits.Previously, this adjustment was added to your next cleaning’s total, now it will be sent as a separate $30 invoice.

I’m going out of town during my next appointment. What should I do?

Scheduling cleanings while you’re on vacation ensures your recurring schedule stays on track and your home is fresh when you return. Our technicians will lock up and turn off lights, so you can feel comfortable giving us access while you’re away.

Who will be cleaning and when can I expect them?

Check your Customer Portal for details of upcoming appointments. You’ll also get a reminder email 3 days before your cleaning and an automated text with an approximate arrival time 24 hours prior. While we aim to send your regular technician, sometimes last-minute changes are necessary due to illness, travel, or scheduling conflicts. The office will contact you as soon as possible if this happens.
